What ages does ESA cater to?Our programs are currently designed for children aged 8-14. We offer age-appropriate activities, ensuring each student learns and develops at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. We are looking to offer more training programs for ages 15+.

Is prior experience in these sports necessary?No prior experience is required! We welcome students of all skill levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Our coaches adapt to each child’s needs and skill level.

What should students bring to the academy?Students should bring comfortable sports clothing, suitable footwear, and a water bottle. For specific activities, like skateboarding or climbing, all necessary gear is provided by the academy. If the student should bring anything, you will be notified beforehand.

Who are the coaches at the Extreme Sports Academy?Our coaches are experienced in extreme sports and passionate about teaching kids. They prioritise safety, personal growth, and fun in every session, and they are dedicated to helping students build confidence and develop new skills.

How can I stay updated on my child’s progress?Apart from being able to read their 'Reflection' pages in their personal 'Progress Logbook' where they write about each session, we occasionally share pictures and videos of your child with you to join in on the fun :)

How many children are there per session?Our camps are designed to offer a personalized experience. We limit the number of children per session to ensure each child receives attention and support from our instructors.

Where is the academy located?Our central meeting point is in the Skatepark in Sitges. This acts as our pick-up and drop-off point where we take them to the different facilities for their activities.

What types of sports and activities do you offer?We offer Parkour, Skateboarding & Climbing all year-round and offer seasonal activities including Wakeboarding (Fall), Snowboarding (Winter) and Water Jumps (Spring).
