Photography and Video Permission

Purpose of Photography and Filming:
Extreme Sports Academy uses photography and video to capture participants' experiences, skills development, and memorable moments during our camps and academy programs. We create individualized video summaries for each child and track their progress in the academy. Additionally, we share photos of participants' activities with parents as part of our commitment to keeping families involved in their child’s adventure journey.

Parental Consent:

We strongly encourage parents to grant photography and filming permissions. Capturing group moments and documenting each participant’s growth is essential to our program, and making distinctions for children without permission can be challenging and may impact the documentation of their experience.
Uses of Photos and Videos:

With parental consent, images and videos of children may be used for:
-
Internal and External Communications: Sharing with parents, creating participant summaries, and tracking progress
-
Promotional Materials: Digital or printed materials, including our website, social media, brochures, and other advertising channels
Commitment to Privacy and Respectful Use:

We are committed to using all photos and videos respectfully and professionally. We do not disclose additional personal information beyond what appears in images or videos.
Limitations and Liability:

Extreme Sports Academy will not be liable for unauthorized third-party use of photos or videos shared online or through other media channels. By consenting, parents release Extreme Sports Academy and its staff from any liability related to the use of these materials as outlined.
